Vice Chairman
Allen Ong Chia Loon
Allen is an entrepreneur with a background spanning project management and sales, who found his people in Mensa in 2022. Usually found somewhere behind the scenes, quietly making things happen.
To him, Mensa has always been a place where the so-called “weird ones” get to show up fully as themselves — no filters, no apologies — and be embraced for exactly that. That sense of belonging is rare, and it’s what keeps him here.
As part of the Natcom, his goal is simple: bring people together, stir up some occasional organised chaos, and remind everyone that the magic of Mensa only happens when we’re in the same room.

She believes that diversity deserves to be celebrated. Mensa is a refuge for people from an assortment of different cultures, talents and uninhibited curiosity for all things normal and strange found in each other. This heterogeneity is the foundation of unlikely friendships forged across different age groups; a unique privilege to be enjoyed. The camaraderie nurtured is a force to be reckoned with and harbours a potential to be harnessed for the betterment of the society and its members.
She hopes that the knowledge and skills shared amongst members can be utilised to help humanity beyond this refuge grow and mature as well.
