1. Early Bird Tickets
The deadline for early bird payment collection is 31st October 2024, 11.59 PM (UTC+8)
Members need to have an active membership in order to participate in this event and enjoy the early bird discounts.
2. Currency
All ticket prices are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Please be aware of the exchange rates if you are making a payment using a foreign credit card.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund of total price paid (after service tax) for cancellations before 31st October 2024.
- 25% refund of total price paid (after service tax) for cancellations before 15th November 2024.
- No refunds will be provided after 15th November 2024.
4. Registration Deadline
Ensure you complete your ticket purchase before the specified registration deadline on 24th November 2024, 11.59 PM (UTC+8). Late registrations may not be accommodated, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Organizer's Rights
The organizing committee reserves the right to make any necessary alterations or modifications.
