Important Information:
- Please make sure you have filled up the form below correctly without any mistake.
- Failure in doing so may result in the loss of payment tracking.
- The Society will not bear any losses due to human error by the candidate.
- If you need a guide on how to complete the payment, please refer to our instructional video.
- For “Reference Number” in the form below, if you are applying via Prior Evidence, you can put “Prior Evidence”.
- If you are transferring your membership to the Malaysian Mensa, please put in your previous National Mensa Membership number.
Please be informed that the address submitted on this website will not be used for postage. Instead, we will be using the address in our database.
Please email admin[@]mensa.my to request to change your address, or check the link that you will receive with the receipt to ensure you your information is correct.
The society will not be responsible for the resending of certificates due to non-updated addresses and all costs of reprinting and postage will be borne by the member.
