Renewing your membership enables you to be open to all the opportunities and possibilities of being a member of the oldest and largest high IQ society in the world.

For many members, the renewal fee is but a small sum in exchange for the value they see in being part of the society. Just like the members, the reasons for renewal vary, from a sense of joy of being associated to the networking opportunities the platform provides. Or the satisfying experience of volunteering and building new friendships that last a lifetime.

Whatever the reason, know that your renewal empowers not just yourself but the members around as well, because YOU are what makes this society the amazing place that it is.

Renewal

There is no need to retake the test, no log in needed* and there are no late fees. Your membership will simply begin from the date the payment is processed. 

If you don’t know your membership number, simply provide your IC number at Checkout and we will be able to process it.

Please know that Certificates can only be purchased by Members in Good Standing. Please ensure your membership is valid before purchasing a Certificate.

Processing 

Upon payment, the Membership Office will receive the order and begin processing. Please allow for at least one week from date of payment as the office processes them in weekly processing cycles.

Once it has been completed an official receipt will be sent to your email along with a link to update your membership information. 

Please note that we will send the membership materials to the address in our database. The address you provide on the payment page is just the billing address. If you want to update your postal address, please indicate in the payment form when you make the payment.

Member Workplace Account

The Malaysian Mensa uses Workplace for all its membership needs including Forums, SIGs, Event Notifications, Announcements, Volunteer Teams, and Group Chats.

If access to your Member Workplace account was lost, please allow for 24 hours from the date of processing for your account to be reactivated. 

If you have never had a Member Workplace account, a new account will be created by the system for you. DO NOT make your own account with the email address you have provided to the Malaysian Mensa Society. An invitation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of the processing date.

Postage

Within 2 weeks of processing, a brand new card will be posted to you by normal mail to the address in the database.

If you purchased a certificate along with your renewal, it will be sent to you via Tracked Mail. A tracking number will be sent to your email. 

If you are a member living overseas, there is currently no option for you to receive the physical magazines by post. You may opt for us to send it to an alternative local address.
