Malaysian Mensa is currently looking for a new Administrator after Mr. See left at the end of December 2011. This affects calls into the office and visitations. In the meantime, we are manning the administrator's email or you may want to contact the Committee directly.

- Position is open to non-Mensans as was with Mr See. Preference will be for Mensans however.
Main tasks:
- Data entry/update. You must know how to use the computer (Windows), know how to browse the Internet, use emails, know how to use Microsoft office applications. Good attention to detail and mental focus so that careless errors are not made during data entry/update.
- Helpdesk & contact point. Receive and manage incoming phone calls from members and the public. Communicate with committee/execs for answers/action.
- Newsletter (Triple-M) packing once every 2 months and delivery to the central post office. You will be shown how to do this.
- Membership processing. Payment receipts, banking, postage, reminders, renewals. Book-keeping skills would be a bonus.
Training will be provided but this position requires working independantly on standard operations. Accuracy, correctnes and politeness is important. Guidance will be given for changes made to the operational procedures.
